Bruce R. Baird, President
Mr. Baird has over 18 years of experience in community economic development, affordable housing development, and asset management. He has extensive working relationships with public, nonprofit, and private partners—necessary for successful affordable housing development in Marion County. Previously, Mr. Baird served as managing director of Insight Development Corp. and director of strategic planning & development for the Indianapolis Housing Agency.
Jennifer Green, Vice President
Ms. Green brings substantial expertise to the job, having formerly served as Assistant Administrator for Community Economic Development with the City of Indianapolis and project manager for its nationally recognized Fall Creek Place development. In addition to her role as vice president for Insight Development Corp., Ms. Green serves as director of strategic planning & development for the Indianapolis Housing Agency.

Danielle Bauman, Senior Project Manager
Ms. Bauman oversees day-to-day development activity while assisting in long-term planning initiatives. Prior to joining the agency, Ms. Bauman worked as a project manager for Development Concepts, Inc., creating mixed-income housing opportunities across Indianapolis.
Ron Grant, Senior Project Manager
Mr. Grant assists with planning and development initiatives. Mr. Grant has considerable experience with affordable housing gained through his work with community development corporations where he prepared and managed Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects as well as HOME and CDBG developments.
Stephanie A. Quick, Senior Special Projects Manager
Ms. Quick evaluates development opportunities, coordinates development plans, and implements procedures for IHA’s revitalization projects. She also leads the agency’s five-year and annual planning processes in cooperation with HUD. Ms. Quick has 10 years of community economic development experience, managing revenue bond and tax abatement programs for the City of Indianapolis.
Kathy Davidson, Senior Compliance Manager
Ms. Davidson manages project budgets, prepares all HUD- and funder-related reports, and handles bid documents. Prior to working at IHA, Ms. Davidson spent six years as a Senior Project Manager with the City of Indianapolis, Department of Metropolitan Development, where she managed economic development projects.
Joel Dibbern, Construction Project Manager
Mr. Dibbern manages field supervisors and construction project employees, inspects projects for compliance with code and design specifications, and ensures HUD compliance. He has a long career in the construction industry, and has worked for the Indianapolis Housing Agency for 19 years.
Nicole Greve, Relocation Coordinator
Ms. Greve has 10 years of property management experience and a reputation for strong customer service. Her duties with IHA include coordinating and facilitating the temporary relocation of residents during renovation of their units, maintaining consistent communication with residents, and connecting residents with counseling and support services.
